What is SUP Yoga?

SUP-also known as Stand-Up Paddle Board, is a unique form of yoga that involves practicing yoga on a paddle board in the lake.


This event includes a 90-minute guide immersed in nature, out on the lakes. The class begins on land with an introduction to stand up paddle boarding where you will learn how to paddle, turn, get up and down – and what to do if you fall!


Before the paddle board yoga, everyone will paddle out to the sand bar, at their own pace, and toss their anchors into the knee deep water to find stillness and move through a guided yoga flow on the boards- modifications are provided for all levels.


Booking will be available online or contacting my personal line.


Standard booking includes rental gear:

-Paddle board $10

-Paddle $2

-Life Jacket $2

-Anchor $2

-Yoga class $15


Options to bring your own gear/board to discount the package. Please still book and reserve your spot.


I suggest leaving personal items in the board shop where items can be locked away. Please bring your own hydration, and lake towel. I will have a floating cooler available to add drinks to bring along. If you have any questions feel free to use contact information to reach out.
